We've just had a 4 night stay and it was a very pleasant surprise. There were a couple of initial problems, but thank you Elleigh you were very quick to resolve them and lovely to deal with. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and the air conditioner worked well on 2 very warm nights in particular. There was no traffic noise to speak of either. We will stay again & would also recommend . Thank you Premier Inn
We stayed at the hotel just before new year, it’s been flawless. We had 2 very good , clean rooms, the bed were super comfortable , very quiet night . The staff was super kind too. They use the pub next door for breakfast which has lovely room , warm buffet with typical English stuff
From check-in to check-out, Elleigh was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She gave great local recommendations, quickly helped with questions, and always had a smile when we walked by. It is refreshing to experience someone as helpful as her. Rooms were clean and the amenities were great as well.
Lovely staff , especially Teresa ! Offered me a quieter room , remembered me when I returned a week layer and gave gersl advice about things when asked, couldnt be happier with my stays
Premier inn is normally my favourite place to stay, then I came across the receptionist called Elleigh and she made my stay exceptionally pleasant and went out of her way to make my stay even better. I’ve travel a lot and stay in a lot of premier inns and no one has ever made me feel so welcome than the lady at the reception. I will be recommending this specific hotel to my friends and colleagues, hopefully Elleigh will be there because she is a delight and so charming.
Have been here with my two young children and husband for the Halloween weekend. It’s a nice Hotel big rooms with a clean Restaurant Bar Pub Next door. The services are super friendly and kind looking forward people. I’ve felt welcomed and will visit again if we can. You may have to pay for parking ticket at the Rezeption !
Stayed here many times but not been for two years. The staff are always friendly. They have now sadly brought in a pay to stay in the car park system @ £3 for 24 hours we felt this is wrong as you pay to stay in the hotel and has always been free parking. From experience this price will gradually go up. The pub next door to the premier Inn closes at 10pm every day of the week even on Christmas eve and new year's eve which is a big let down all round and the bar staff in the pub are very rude we didn't know they closed at 10pm at the time and got a round off drinks at 10pm and at 10:05 a staff member said to everyone drink up you lot were closed i want to lock up. For this reason and the charge of the car park sadly we wont be returning.
Really decent stay here. The service was actually great, and a shout-out to Elleigh for being spot on with directions to the nearest pub when we arrived. Everything was pretty straightforward and exactly what we needed. Thanks for the help!
